RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY FEE EARNER – LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE
We currently require an experienced fee earner dealing with residential conveyancing work at our Liverpool City centre office, to work within our residential property department dealing with a full range of residential property matters acting for both local and national clients. Your role will include undertaking fee earning work and assisting with developing and maintaining new and current business relationships.
Ideally you should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on residential property matters, be able to work independently and be a confident and organised individual who is able to work on your own initiative. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office and case management systems and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Office: Marldon Chambers, 30 North John Street, Liverpool, L2 9QN
Office Hours: 9:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday to Friday
Duration: Full Time – part time considered.
Holidays: From 20 days per annum, pro rata, January to December inclusive, in addition to usual bank/public holidays

Our Hoole office currently requires a fee earner to work within our residential property department dealing with a full range of residential property matters acting for both local and national clients. PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE – CHESTER
We currently recruiting for a full-time private client solicitor/legal executive for our busy private client department at our Nicholas Street office in Chester City Centre.
Your role will include undertaking fee earning work, dealing with wills, probate, administration of estates and trusts matters and assisting the director at this office.
Ideally you should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working on private client matters, be able to work independently and be a confident and organised individual who is able to work on your own initiative. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office and case management systems and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
