COMMERCIAL PROPERTY FEE EARNER – LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE
We currently require a full-time Commercial Property fee earner for our head office in Liverpool City centre to assist the department in dealing with a varied caseload.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years recent experience working in commercial conveyancing, You should be a confident and organised individual who is able to work on your own initiative coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work to deadlines
Key tasks include:
- Providing quotations;
- Advising clients of anticipated cost, such as stamp duty and legal fees
- Dealing with other parties involved with the transaction
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property and residential property transactions
- Conducting ‘searches;
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, leases, legal charges, deed of easements, licence to assign, discharge deeds, rent deposit deeds, deed of variations, planning agreements, debentures, personal guarantees, title splits etc
- Liaising with mortgage lenders;
- Reporting to client/lenders and preparing report on title(s)
- Preparing financial statements;
- Completion of SDLT/LTT forms;
- Dealing with post completion requirements;
- Generally conducting all aspects of property transactions.
- Potential scope for suitable candidate to build up client following and generate work
Office: Marldon Chambers, 30 North John Street, Liverpool, L2 9QN
Hours: 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday (reduced hours considered on a case by case basis), 1 hour for lunch.
Holidays: From 20 days per annum, pro rata, January to December inclusive, in addition to usual bank/public holidays

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY FEE EARNER – LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE
We currently require an experienced fee earner dealing with residential conveyancing work at our Liverpool City centre office, to work within our residential property department dealing with a full range of residential property matters acting for both local and national clients. Your role will include undertaking fee earning work and assisting with developing and maintaining new and current business relationships.
Ideally you should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on residential property matters, be able to work independently and be a confident and organised individual who is able to work on your own initiative. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office and case management systems and have strong communication and interpersonal skills

We currently require an experienced fee earner dealing with residential conveyancing work due to expansion at our Hoole office in Chester City centre
Our Hoole office currently requires a fee earner to work within our residential property department dealing with a full range of residential property matters acting for both local and national clients. Your role will include undertaking fee earning work and assisting with developing and maintaining new and current business relationships.
Ideally you should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on residential property matters, be able to work independently and be a confident and organised individual who is able to work on your own initiative. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office and case management systems and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
