Commercial Property Fee Earner – Liverpool
We currently require an experienced fee earner dealing with commercial property work due to expansion at our Head office in Liverpool City centre
Our Liverpool City centre office currently requires a fee earner to work within our commercial property department dealing with a full range of commercial property matters acting for both local and national clients. Your role will include undertaking fee earning work and assisting with developing and maintaining new and current business relationships.
You should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working on commercial and residential property matters, be able to work independently and be a confident and organised individual who is able to work on your own initiative. You should also be familiar with Microsoft Office and case management systems and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
Office hours: 9am to 5:30pm, 1 hour for lunch
Duration: Full or Part-time
Holidays: 20 days per annum, pro rata, January to December inclusive, in addition to usual bank/public holidays.

Our Hoole office currently requires a fee earner to work within our residential property department dealing with a full range of residential property matters acting for both local and national clients. Your role will include undertaking fee earning work and assisting with developing and maintaining new and current business relationships.
Ideally you should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working on residential property matters, be able to work independently and be a confident and organised individual who is able to work on your own initiative. Trainee Solicitor – Hoole, Chester
We are excited to offer and opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team at our Hoole office in Chester city centre as a Trainee Solicitor with a view to specialising in Residential Conveyancing. You will be assisting senior fee earners on residential property matters while completing your training contract and progressing towards your qualification.
Key tasks include:
- Providing quotations.
- File creation on our case management system.
- Generation of suitable client care correspondence.
- Advising clients of any incurred cost, such as stamp duty and legal fees.
- Dealing with other parties involved with the transaction.
- Conducting ‘searches’.
- Drafting contracts.
- Liaising with mortgage lenders.
- Preparing transfer documents including, where appropriate, leases and mortgages.
- Preparing financial statements.
- Conducting ‘searches’.
- Completion of SDLT/LTT forms.
- Preparing transfer documents including, where appropriate, leases and mortgages.
- Dealing with post completion requirements.
- Generally assist in all aspects of conveyancing.
Experience and Personal Qualities
- The main qualifications for this position are experience of residential conveyancing work;
- The jobholder must display a pleasant, but assertive manner in dealing with colleagues and clients. Tact and resilience are essential qualities;
- An effective communicator, both orally and in writing;
- Personally efficient and well organised, with good control of diary systems and competent in the firm’s computer systems, and
- A good timekeeper, trustworthy and honest.
Essential training requirements
- Background to conveyancing
- Completed or currently completing the LPC or SQE route (or equivalent)
- IT
