Firstly, we helped the client with the purchase of a five storey office building in central London. Our work included legal due diligence, a site inspection and advice on planning issues.
We also assisted with the marketing of the commercial lease to prospective tenants, and ensured that the marketing materials accurately reflected the lease terms.
We drafted five commercial leases relating to the five units, and negotiated the lease terms on the client’s behalf. The leases were for five years with an annual rent ranging from £30,000 to £130,000.
