I am delighted that today, that on my behalf you have succeeded in completing the sale of the above property, and that the funds have been successfully transferred into my bank account. As you well know, it has been a long, stressful and frustrating sale (none of which was due in anyway to you), and so I just want to express my sincere thanks to you for your professional, patience and support throughout. (I would also add that Hannah has also done a fine job over the last couple of days).
